Information we collect

Information you give us.When you book a call, fill out a form, or pay a deposit, you provide contact details such as name, email, company name, and details about the role you're hiring for. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, session duration, referrer). Analytics only activate after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from the AI analyzer. When you submit a website URL to our AI Operator finder, the domain string is sent to Anthropic to generate the analysis. No personal information is sent to Anthropic.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request
• To source and match candidates from our talent network
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, candidate updates, account-related notices)
• To improve the website and our services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics (only with consent)
• Anthropic — AI generation for the website analyzer (domain string only)
• Cloudflare — security, bot protection, and content delivery
• Vercel — hosting
• Railway — backend infrastructure
